I swear our cat, Miss Meow Meow, must have seen this cartoon and got the idea about how to torture us whenever she pleases.  She meows and meows.  It gets louder and louder.  Of course, she must do it at the weirdest hours.  She purrs when she wants our attention and only when we are awake.  As soon as it’s bedtime, the torture begins.  She waits until we all have fallen asleep and then she starts.  She howls and sounds excruciating as if someone is breaking every bone of hers apart.  One of us eventually wakes up and yells at her, and she reluctantly stops.  Honestly, I do hear her giggle afterwards.
