We are on the ferry looking back at picturesque Edmonds.

The Kingston Ferry Terminal

Wow.  The sun is bright.

This is downtown Poulsbo.  Quaint, isn’t it?

We walked into an antique / gift shop.  Matt found this adorable frog king valentine ornament.  I thought I’d take a picture, put it on the blog, and mention the shop’s name and its website if it has one.  Just as I clicked on the button to take the picture, a rude woman came over and told me not to take pictures.  I faked a big charming smile and said, “Of course.”  Immediately, I turned to Matt and I fumed.  “I am going to put this picture on the blog, but not even bother mentioning their name at all.  How rude.”

This is the sign for the bakery.

“Matt, you want some cookies or scones?”

“No, but I am ready for real food.  Big time.”

I found this right above a cute gift shop.

The old bank building sign

The old bank building is now the home for a gallery, a gift shop and a cafe.

Thank goodness.  I FINALLY found “Welcome to Poulsbo.”

Welcome to Poulsbo

Isn’t this beautiful?  Don’t you want to move here?

To rub it in, for my friends in Ohio, you are not going to see the ducks for a while yet.

On our way home as we are waiting for the ferry to arrive, this woman sure was anxiously waiting.

Cannot wait to get on the ferry back to Seattle
