I was at the outlet mall Monday because my favorite Banana Republic Classic body lotion was running out.  I got there a little bit before lunch time and there were already quite a few shoppers.  It was a thrilling moment when I found the lotion I loved so much was still available.  They still had the original size, 240ml, and sold them for 8 bucks.  I wasted no time and snatched two.  Victory!!!  Last year, Banana decided to repackage some of their products.  The same Classic lotion is shrunk in size from 240ml to 200ml.  However, the price goes up from $13 to $18.  How rude.

Angrily looking at each otherSince my mission was accomplished, I thought I’d walk around and see what other brand name shops were there.  As I opened the door of the Burberry store, got one foot to keep the door open on my side because I had a bag of lotion in one hand and a Starbucks coffee in the other, I managed to move one step forward.  Just when I was nearly in the store, here came this young woman stopping abruptly right in front of me.  She used her nostrils looking at me and whispered reluctantly, “Excuse me.”  I WAS IRRITATED!!!  She was expecting me to step out, hold the door open for her so that she could get out of the store.  If she were Paris Hilton, I would have immediately thrown myself at her feet like a piece of old rug and begged her to walk on me.  Unfortunately, she was no Paris.  I moved back towards to the side, held the door open and whispered under my breath loud enough for her to hear, “For heaven’s sake, get your ass out already.”  She looked at me with the whites of her eyes and walked away as if she was too famous to waste her breath with people like me.  How rude.
